Negative 23 degrees, at least your Belts Ice Cream won't Melt!
The sign has been up all week and we can see the Belts staff inside working hard to get ready for the grand re-opening of Belts Ice Cream on Saturday.
The weather is currently a chilly minus 23 degrees and is not expected to warm up anytime soon.
Many are wondering how many enthusiastic ice cream eaters will be camped out this year overnight waiting to be the first in line for this seasonal treat.
As much as I enjoy winter camping and crunchy cold weather, I think that I will pass on this one.
After shivering all night I would probably be in the mood for something a little warmer in the morning after a night in this weather.
But I may stop by to take a few pictures of these ice cream heroes, gotta admire someone who is that dedicated to ice cream.

If you find yourself in Stevens Point, after it warms up, give me a call and we can go down the street for a taste of the best ice cream in Wisconsin!
