Over the years I have learned to accept what I can not change. Zillow is one of those things I have to accept. I'm not sure why, but recently I have run in to a larger than usual mess of homes that Zillow shows "for sale" yet were either under contract already or even worse, sold.
I understand a buyer would want to exhaust all avenues when searching for their new home and hence they end up at some point in time with Zillow. I feel badly when I have to be the one to tell them their efforts were in vein.
Now, I am not being a "hater" here, just frustrated when I discover things like this listing which Zillow shows "For Sale" yet it closed last year....IN MAY!

So to the Zillow folks out there, when you get this under a Google alert, let us know what we can do to make you better so we can save our clients and ourselves all the aggravation. I beg of you!
