Home sales in the Little Elm area were down 19% in January 2014 compared to last year, with 75 homes selling this month. So far this year, overall home sales have decreased 19%, with 75 homes sold. New Little Elm real estate listings decreased 1% from last year, with 147 homes listed this month. For the year-to-date, home listings have decreased 1%, with 147 homes listed.
