Prices skyrocketed last year and now we have more or less stable market. There is more inventory offered for sale, so buyers have more properties to choose from, but we still see multiple offers and the sale price is still very close to the listing price.

I just noticed that I used 1/3/14( European style) instead of 3/1/14.

Ouch. Got to fix. It reminded me my short sale. It was declined because on one of the pages, a lady dated it her signature in European style( I would never believe it if it wouldn't happen to me!). We resubmitted the same package again with a page dated in a right way.
