Hello Activerain, My very first blog

Hello everyone, this is my first blog. My son and partner, Charles, is an avid blogger. He introduced me to activerain. I have been doing real estate for approximately 7 years. The first two years as a loan officer and the last 5 as a realtor. I perfer working directly with individuals and families to help them find the right property. I hope my perspective will be a positive addition to Activerain. After reading many of your blogs I am convinced that I have a lot to learn, and I have found the perfect forum in which to enhance the knowledge I have. I look forward to meeting all of you, and exchanging ideas and information.
