It’s that time of the year where I stop getting regular haircuts and beg everyday for money. Now some of you that know I work with a homeless ministry on Saturday’s might be thinking I’ve joined more than the ministry with that line but the truth is every year for the past five years I shave my head to raise money for St. Baldricks.
Last year I dedicated my appeal to my childhood friends mom who had just been diagnosed with cancer and this year I’m dedicating my appeal to my friends aunt who passed in January from bought of cancer.
St. Baldricks is dedicated to find a cure for childhood cancer and though Pat and Connie are not children, they have grandchildren.
