I took a trip to Talking Rock in Prescott and took a tour of some of the homes. The Ranch Cottages are a pretty sweet deal. The cottages are a detached single family custom home. Square footages range from 1,960 to 2,555 square feet and range in price from $420,000 to $480,000. The cottages are nicely designed and developed by Geoffrey H. Edmunds.
