Closed sales up 3% for month of January/2014 (YoY) in St. Mary's County MD.  The average list price for sold homes also went up 6.93%. 

Average Days on the market dropped 25% - For month of January 2014, average days on the market went down from 131 to 98 comparing with January/2013, what represent 25.19%.
