I said I'd post my Day 2 blog this afternoon but I jumped the gun! I was really inspired to do a video this morning so you could really hear my heart & know that it's not as hard as you might think. I have many loved ones who share food photos on social media that are disease drivers and anti-health. I know thier intention is to share love or to be funny, but in the obesity age we live in, and the numerous Diabetic and Heart disease losses, it's not so funny in real life and its not something we should encourage.
My goal with this blog series is to inspire people to change their attitude and go on a crusade to promote good living for quality of life with their loved ones, and mine!
