Take Siri For A Ride

Your iPhone Is Your GPS

Look at this clever video put together by Carra Riley. This is a real Ah Ha moment. The iPhone is so much easier than using the built in GPS in the car and it is totally hands free.

When out showing properties, you don't have to pull over to type in the address. What a time saver. There are times when my car's GPS does not give the right directions and may try to send me 200 miles out of the way.

Now why not let Siri be the guide?

When I need to make an appointment I now tell Siri. Example : I have a CMA at 11 tomorrow Siri. When I walk into the office with my desk top Siri automatically sincs with my desktop and puts it on my calendar and I get email reminders prior to my appointments. LOVE that.

Margaret, in my case, living out in the middle of nowhere with no cell service, not only does this not work, but you are CORRECT, a GPS sends my clients off on some dirt road somewhere at times! So, I alleviate that confusion by sending directions right to my home.

My TomTom has been in the trunk ever since I got my iPhone, and it had less than a years use....

Just got a new holder, so will try that this week. I usually type in street because I forget PLUS I have Google Maps, which is more accurate than Apple maps.

I barely use mine, plus my car system is simular to Siri. I normally just speak the address into my Car's system or sometimes I know in which order of homes I'm going to show and put all of the addresses in my car's system and go from there.
