2013 Corporate Income Tax Returns due by March 17, 2014

It’s hard to believe that the 2013 Corporate Income Tax Return deadline is less than two weeks away.

The deadline for filing 2013 Corporate Tax returns for fiscal years ending on December 31, 2013 is Monday, March 17 2014.

I don’t know if there is any added significance that the cutoff date coincidently falls on St. Patrick’s Day. I guess the level of one’s revelry could depend upon the bottom line and whether or not additional payments are due!

But I’m glad that I got my act together and got everything done in a timely manner. That’s one less headache I will have for the remainder of 2014.

Now I have more time to dedicate to earning more income for my 2014 return!

I'm just filing my 2012. But my 2012 year ended June 30th 2013 and I got an extension. But my accountant has it now, so it will be filed by the deadline. Now to start working on the one due in September and try to get it done on time this year.
