In the meantime, after a few days of digging ourselves out of a lot of snow, it is warm and even raining a little. Sure to be a big mess in the next few days! There were 6 small avalanches on I-90 between St. Regis MT and the Idaho border closing the highway - a main way to get all goods trucked across the state lines. Amtrak got stopped by a slide near West Glacier. LOTS of snow and warm weather, advice to stay out of the back country.
