So... I accepted a signing and it was for seller docs. I told my family that I would be back very soon just app. 35 pages. When I arrived at the home I was very surprised when I met the woman that I was meeting with. I knew by looks that she was elderly but... when I looked at her ID born in 1907. What a beautiful woman. Needless to say this was no quick signing. She had to sign her name and also as trustee. I just was in awe of this beautiful woman and did not even mind the time.

My Mother just turned 95. The women of that generation have such a quiet dignity about them, don't they? I am in awe of strength they possess. and even more so when I remember that women weren't even allowed to vote until 1913, the year my Mother was born.

She was not receiving a loan, this was a seller docs signing. She had lived in her home for just over 56 years. Imagine that now a days people move every 5-8 years.
