Or, you could be the one everyone comes back to see, the one most reasonably priced, and the one with the most offers. A bidding war? In 2008? ABSOLUTELY. Why not? I have seen it happen within the last few months. A home is priced right and several buyers are literally fighting over it. Your only problem should be that your home sells TOO fast !!!!
