Your title and escrow company have helped you alot on a listing you have as the husband has recently died. You get an offer on the property and the agent will not counter offer unless you use their services. What do you do?

1. Use their services

2. Explain that the title and escrow is non-negotiable since they have already don alot of work on the property

3. Let the seller decide if they should use their services

My seller will pick a closer at the start and then stay with that person...unless they pay a fee for work done.

AS for the demand of the other agent, they have no sayand I would be really cautious with that.  Why their closer, are you familiar with that company and do they want to pay for my sellers fee to change companies.
