Here Are Some of the Most Popular Sand Key Condos

There are lots of great condos to choose from on Sand Key, but below are some of the most popular choices.

Ultimar Sand Key

The Ultimar's three towers are located on Gulf Blvd on the southern end of Sand Key right on Sand Key Beach. The Ultimar was constructed in 1990 and remains one of the most luxurious condos in the area. The units offer amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico which is just steps from you door. The Ultimar offers three heated pools, a fitness center, tennis courts and lots of other amenities.

Layouts include 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units ranging in price from the $300,000's to over $1 million. Sizes range from about 1,000 for a one bedroom unit, to up to 2,500 square feet for a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit to over 3,000 square feet for the 3 bedroom condos.

Crescent Beach Club

The Crescent Beach Club is one of the most unique condo architectures on Sand Key. The two mirror image crescent shaped building are located right on the sandy beaches of Sand Key. The crescent shapes can also be seen in the unique panoramic balconies which provide spectacular views of the beaches and the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. One, two, and three bedroom units are available from the $400,000's to just under $1 million.

The condos offer two heated pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, 24 hr security and more. There is only a 14 day minimum rental period so the Crescent Beach Club can be a great choice as a part time home and investment property.

Dans Island Sand Key

Dans Island is the southernmost of the condos on Sand Key. The complex sprawls over 1,000 feet of the sandy white beaches of Sand Key. Two and three bedroom condos are available with the two bedroom units being the most common. The condos have great views of Sand Key Beach and the Gulf of Mexico from the west side balconies, and many of the units also have a great view of Sand Key and the Intercoastal waterway from other balconies.

There are heated pools with great beach views, and hot tub/spa next to the pools. The condo has a great fitness center, racquetball court, and tennis courts.

Landmark Towers Sand Key

The beachfront Landmark Towers two buildings are on the northern end of Sand Key just across the street from the Shoppes at Sand Key. The Shoppes is a popular spot with several nice restaurants on the water, snack shops, and an assortment of interesting boutiques.

Studio units and one and two bedroom condos are available right on the shores of Sand Key from the $200,000's to the $400,000's. Landmark Towers has two heated pools, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Popular Sand Key Park is just a half a mile away!

Lighthouse Towers

The Lighthouse Towers are between the Crescent Beach Club and Landmark Towers directly on the beach.  One and two bedroom units are available starting in the $300,000's. The swimming pool is also uniquely designed to receive sunlight at all daytime hours, unlike some other communities where the pool is in the sun only in the afternoon.
