Is this video taken by Drone? I saw a drone the other day at a buidler open house, it was great and with HD camera, the salesperson told me cost around $1000.

Bahman, It was taken with a Walkera QR x350. I created another video for basic real estate drone info that you will find interesting. You can view it at:

Also, here is another video on this week's court ruling on commercial drone use:

Find pans, edit, pans edit, and set up shots work way way better than walk and talk. Too slow and bumpy. But you can use the glide cam for the stairs, the jip crane for the panoramic and pole cam to enhance. Video gets the SEO and numbers if wired right, shot and edited, rendered, uploaded to all your social media circles.

Thanks for sharing.  The drone certainly adds a whole new dimension.

Andrew you are correct but too many get tied up with production, like the propery was going for 2.5 Mil when their time would be better spent on proper video SEO. I see the same w/agent sites ... super great look but no real traffic because little if anything is spent on SEO.

I think it far better to drive traffic to an ok video than that Hollywood video, that few ever see!

Also, no one is going to purchase a property from just a video. The video should peek their interest to want to go and view the property in person.
