Hello,
I am a Maryland Native born and raised; I have lived in Baltimore City and County for over 20 years. I currently reside in Howard County and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and Notary Public for the State of Maryland. I became licensed near the end of 2005. In 2009 I went on to pursue a career in the Security Industry, helping clients protect their employees and Real Estate with physical guard services. In my time in the security industry I helped increase company revenues from around two hundred thousand to over two million dollars in less than two years. Starting as a Business Development Manager and then being promoted to Director of Business Development over seeing multiple departments including sales, marketing, human resources, Finance and Operations of more than twenty people. The multitasking and my relentless attitude to succeed provided me with a humbling title of Rookie of the Year 2009 and featured in the Baltimore Business Journal.
My passion has always been to help people in their real estate decisions. After all a house is one of the biggest purchases most of us make in our lives. I joined with Coldwell Banker in Ellicott City in 2013 and during my tenure with them I was humbled again with earning a Top Producer Title in Howard County Times. As an independent realtor, I decided to shift to ExecuHome Realty in Elkridge because it was a better fit.
I love Problem Solving, Chess, Bowling, Reading, Traveling spending time with Family, Fish/Aquariums and Volunteering. My greatest satisfaction is helping people make the best decision with what will be one of their most valuable possessions; their home! To me Real Estate is more than a career; it is my Responsibility and Opportunity to make a Positive impact on hard working people’s lives. I pride myself in being able to provide the most up to date information and analysis of the real estate market. Timing is key in everything we do, but especially in Real Estate transactions.
