Currently the Real Estate Market in Schertz TX has 140 available Homes for Sale as of March 8th, 2014. You can purchase a home in this area for as high as $459,990 and for as low as $90,000. Homes are listed at an average price of $212,333 with 107 days on the market.
 
Schertz TX Real Estate Market Report for February 2014
 
There are currently 46 homes pending sale in the Schertz TX area.  The average list price that brought an offer and contract to these homes is $215,108 and had an average 80 days on the market before getting an offer and going under contract. These pending Schertz TX homes for sale will add to the Sold numbers for March.   
 
Schertz TX Homes that Sold from February 1st to February 28th, 2014 totaled 20.  The homes that successfully sold were listed at an average price of $199,325 and sold for an average price $193,325 giving us a list price to sold price ratio of over 98%  The average days on market for these homes was 79.  This month shows a slight increase of number of homes sold and price range from the January 2014 Schertz TX Real Estate Market Report. 
 
How did these Schertz TX home sales compare this time last year?  Homes for sale in Schertz TX for February 2013 had 19 homes that sold for an average price of $179,574 with 103 cumulative days on the market.  As you can see, home prices increased in 2014 with the number of homes remaining virtually the same (increase by one) and the number of days on market has dramatically decreased.
