When looking to buy or sell real estate in St Augustine Fl, I wonder how many of us, or our customers for that matter, go to Craigslist. Well I just read an article in a recent issue of the Florida Realtors News that talks about marketing listings on Craigslist.
We all have our local boards and/or multiple listing systems that we use for marketing real estate in St Augustine Fl and most likely use something like Constant Contact, Top Producer or any number of marketing tools out there. None of these are cheap and a lot of them are not as user friendly as they claim to be when we sign up. However, after reading the article about Craigslist I think this might be worth further investigation AND it’s FREE. A company called TourVista has created a template specifically for Craigslist and I tried it out. It does seem to be easy to use, however when trying to list a lot for real estate in St Augustine Fl, I wasn’t very successful. Craigslist doesn’t seem to have a category for “Lots” under their housing categories – so without a place to put it, it would appear that selling real estate in St Augustine Fl will be restricted to real estate in St Augustine Fl that has four walls.
