Cease Worrying About What’s Beyond Your Control

“There is only one way to happiness, and that is to cease worrying

about things which are beyond the power of our will.”

Epictetus 35 AD – 135 AD, Greek Sage and Stoic

Philosopher

As I see it . . . . . . .

Cease worrying about what’s beyond your control

To worry about the things that our out of your control . . . . is absolutely a waste of you time . . . . your energy . . . . and your resources. There is no amount of worrying that can change something you can’t control.

If you don’t like something do something proactive . . . . and you can try to change it . . . . remove it . . . . or to push past it.

Quit worrying about the things that are out of your control . . . . Put your time . . . . your energy . . . . and your resources into the things that you can control and will make a positive differences in your life.

When you cease worrying about what’s beyond your control . . . . The hidden benefit is you take control your emotional state and your time. You will also choose how to invest your time and activities to reach your objectives.
