With 130" of snow in Vail and 111" in Beaver Creek during the months of January and February, the Vail Valley has been hopping with excitement. On January 31st there was a record snow fall of 21" in Vail and 23" in Beaver Creek in one day!
Another February highlight was the Burton U.S. Open Snowboarding Championships which took place last week in Vail Village. We couldn't be happier to have this event here in Vail. I had a blast there this last weekend with my baby boy.

Highlights:
- 9 properties closed and 15 properties went under contract over $3,000,000.
- 31 properties closed and 18 went under contract between $1-$3m.
- The largest sale was in Vail Village, 486 Forest Road closed for $11,200,000.
