New Homes for sale in Atascadero
For the first time in several years we are see large scale home construction in Atascadero.
There are presently five new developments under construction.
One of the new developments is Oakhaven Village on North El Camino off the San Ramon exit on Highway 101. There are 62 units being build and they will be from 1300 to 1800 sq.ft. These homes will be located close to the freeway and make a easy commute to Paso Robles, Templeton or Atascadero.
The next is Twin Oaks at West Front Village. These homes are located by the intersection of Portola and West Frontage Road and you take the Santa Exit to get there. These homes are from 1000 to 1800 sq. ft. They are detached homes with nice sized yards. They are spanish style with earthen tones and tile roofs. There will be about 27 homes built, and they have an on site sales office for your convenience.
A larger development will be the Carmel Canyon Homes. There will be 17 homes built. They rank in size from 1500-2250 sq. ft. They are located south of Atascadero on Carmel Road. They will have lot just under one acre. The expansive lots and countryside neighborhood are comprised exclusively of single level homes, with 2-3 car garages, with RV accommodations and having fabulous outdoor living space.
The largest development is Estancia Estates. They are located in the hills of Atascadero with great views. The Estancia Estates community is made up of 10 single-level family residential homes of luxury on more than half acre lots to just over 1 acre in size. They feature two different floor plans with exteriors that are exquisitely detailed in a Monterey style. The floor plans, ranging in size from approximately 2,253 to 2,692 square feet, offer a variety of options including 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, office /den, 3 car garages, spacious kitchens, with some lots havong additional 531 sq. ft. casita, The homes will offer great outdoor living space in a setting that will become your own oasis.
The development that is not new, but is still building is Dove Creek in South Atascadero. They are building townhomes and single family units. These homes are ranking in size from 1200 to 1900 sq. ft. They are located just off the Santa Barbara exit, and make it an easy commute to San Luis Obispo.
