Exploring Long Island-Orient Point New York-Northfork

Northfork of Long island

Have you ever explored the beaches and coastlines on Long Island during winter time? If not, I do recommend checking out the sights because it presents a extremely peaceful atmosphere.

As you can see in the photo above, the water is clear as day, do to boaters lessened actions threw the water.

After my Art Fusion event in Riverhead, I decided to keep traveling east to explore the entire Island from end to the other.  I have been to Montauk but never the full end of the NorthFork...only 48 minutes away I said, why the heck not :)

as you can see, this light house does not allow pedestrians to get close. So you could travel by foot or boat to get a closer look.

At the tip of Orient point there were many betufial natural earth made sculptures

The hike to the point was not hard at all, all can enjoy and from the parking with the full trip if taking your time, it's about a 40 minute walk.
