Best way to get rid of a house full of furniture????

By

My client is moving out of the country. He has a sparely furnished house with newer, not-trendy, basic furniture. I was thinking of doing a tag sale for him. Am I crazy?????

Or if zip for value because it looks like a set from the Flintsones, Betty and Barnie Rubble's home, park it on the lawn. Gone within a few hours if FREE is on a visiable location. Or Goodwill, Catholic Charies, Salvation Army could really use the stuff. Come and get it, tax deduction slip handed back too!

No. This is nice, two year old, very good condition furniture that is definitely worth money. Piece by piece on Craigs List would take forever. Any suggestions on how to get the seller some money for it? He is not greedy but this is good stuff.

I am seriously considering doing a tag sale for this seller. Has anyone every done one? Does anyone have any better suggestions? Should I hire someone else to do the tag sale? I would get a few friends to help me.
