• February, 2014: 4S Ranch Homes Sold: 7 ; 30% lower than February, 2013

 

4S Ranch Condos and Townhomes

• March, 2014: 4S Ranch Condos for Sale: 18 (Active, contingent, and pending)

• March, 2014: 4S Ranch Months of Inventory (Condos): 2.8

•F ebruary, 2014: 4S Ranch Median Condo Price: $415,000 ; 38% higher than February, 2013

• February, 2014: 4S Ranch Condos Sold: 2 ; 78% lower than February, 2013
