Families have been drawn to Bixby OK for its top-rated school systems for years, but now more and more families are coming to Bixby because of its low crime rates and good economy. Bixby Public Schools is one of the top-rated school systems in Tulsa County, which is a major plus for families that are looking to get their children a top education.
The quality of education in the Bixby School District is believed to be a direct result of the quality performance of the teachers and staff. Bixby has outperformed all other schools in Tulsa County with an A. Even Bixby High School is performing well and continues to improve its ACT scores each year. Last year, the school achieved a 22 average.
Currently, the school district is seeing nearly 3.5% growth rate each year. The City of Bixby has grown nearly 5% in the past two years, making it one of the fastest growing cities in the state. And, since 2000, Bixby’s population has grown nearly 70%.
