According to a recent National Association of Realtors Survey there are 10 things that buyers reported wanting from their real estate agent MORE than anything else in their home search...
The survey discovered that buyers wanted these Ten (10) things:
1. Helped them understand the process
2. Pointed out unnoticed features and faults of homes
3. Negotiated better on the purchase contract
4. Improved their knowledge of search area
5. Provided a better list of service providers than clients had knowledge of
6. Negotiated a better price
7. Shortened their home search time frame
8. Provided a better list of mortgage lenders than clients had knowledge of
9. Expanded the clients search area
10. Narrowed the clients search area
10.5 (Opinion) They made me feel like they had my best interests at heart
