Maybe this should be put in the lease...

REnteres are a funny group of people.

Some are very good and others not much.

Of course, I have seen some home owners that are just as bad.

I am not sure about this one, but it does bring up the question...

Do we need to put "No Motorcycles in the House" as part of the lease agreement?

Hi Bill... you can't make this stuff up... we have been landlords for over 30 years and last year we decided that we have had enough so moving forward we will be selling them all... I will admit that we never had a motorcyle destroy the inside but we have had just about everything else...

Heh, I had a guy rebuilt his motorcycle in the living room. The carpet was a nice pretty black in a 6'x6' area.

Yea...Also, when the guy shows up with 14 friends all on Harley's may be a big clue also.

Bill, this reminds me of a house I lived in with some buddies way back when.  One of the guys had his motorcycle parked in the kitchen.  I've actually seen quite a few homes with motorcycles in the living space.
