For the Sold Listings, the Highest Sales Price was $615,000. The Average Sales Price was $179,358. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 117.
Multi-Family (2-4 Unit) Sales:

Expired Listings: 19
Sold Listings: 35
For the Sold Listings, the Highest Sales Price was $229,000. The Average Sales Price was $67,760. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 65.
