What do these 7 Red arrows mean?
All these arrows are pointing DOWN in this search.
I did this search tonight while I was looking for a home for a Temecula buyer. It hit me that almost half of the homes showed a price reduction (Red Arrows ).
Looks to me that many of the sellers in our Temecula market have gotten too aggressive with their pricing and are now chasing their tails to correct to the market or maybe their agents told them their homes were worth more to get a listing (Oh no!
).
