How long has this house been on the market?  What makes this house $350?  You can buy brand new for that?  I am from AZ and this seems very high in price for what it look like.

Hi Christy. Thank you for your comment. This home has been on the market for just about 2 months. You CAN buy brand new for $350k, but you will NOT be in an established D-20 neighborhood with mature trees and rock formations, and you will get about half the square footage and half the amount of rooms for this same price. This home is pretty much the best price per square footage that you can get in this highly sought after NW Colorado Springs neighborhood.
