Here at Song Real Estate, we are just getting settled in Veneta, Oregon! We finished constructing our new office back in November and have since grown from a tiny family business to a team of four hardworking realtors! Located right in the middle of town, our little office is ready to handle all of the community’s real estate needs.
Song Real Estate is not the only business coming to Veneta, however. Our hometown is happy to welcome a variety of new restaurants, shops, and other businesses including a large new tire store and a call center that alone expects to create almost 300 new jobs for our community before June! In a town as small as Veneta- with only about 5,000 residents- every new business is critical. At the last census, more than 80 percent of the working people in Veneta reported commuting to work in Eugene and Springfield. That statistic might give you a better idea of how great the need is for new employment opportunities in the area!
Arica Song is proud to be a part of the new growth in our town and county. Although the Song Real Estate Office is new to the area, Arica has lived here for years. A small-town girl at heart, she loves working with clients on a personal level, building a relationship during the home-selling process.
