Give Me All You Got, Don't Hold Anything Back.. Real Estate Promotion.

Real Estate Agent with MOOERS REALTY ME Broker License 106759

Do you approach each real estate listing promotion, the marketing with effort, passion as if your life depended on it?

Like you are Scotty, Kirk shouts orders. Barks, not mincing, wasting any words. Wearing the same matching "V" neck velour. The navy whistle shrill sound from the bridge pierces the air. The order that follows cut and dry. Is short and sweet give it all you got simple, direct.real estate marketing van photo

And the chief engineer voices his doubts.

Starts right in with his concerns about the dilithium crystals in the fusion impulse engine.

They can't take much more pounding Captain.

Rings his hands. Worries about the forward defensive shields being at only 30% power levels and dropping rapidly.

The hull's integrity is compromised from the series of blasts it is sustaining pointed out.

The Captain sitting calmly in the swivel square chair waves it all off with a hand in the air that says "tsk-tsk".. details, details. Now get back in the game. Push it beyond the limits, dig deeper. Give it all you got. And then some. Don't be whining about little obstacles. Reasons why it won't work. Or ever ever utter the word "can't" which often just means "won't". Stubborn or blind, set in your ways is shown the door. Banished from the room. There is a new way to promote property listings.

Life, love, real estate marketing should be done that same creative, innovative, find a different approach then everyone else is using.

Don't hold back, don't waste yours, anyone else's time. Full throttle and each presentation new and different. Because each property listing, like just like snow flakes. The people buying that you are drawing back the Cupid bow matchmaking. All so so not the same. No place for ho hum or "that's good enough". Maybe this will work.

All around you we float the boat in a sea of sameness, dumbing down or just missing information. Is your real estate marketing in the same just bobbing along, drifting aimlessly because it is how many others do it? Barely. Yikes. Do you work at Caveman Realty? Drive a dinosaur to work?

So how do you do the real estate property listing differently?

Reaching for better coffee, dialing in a rock music channel for the background creative process for me is the beginning. And not being shackled with this is the way the rest of the herd has always done it for centuries. Climb higher and tune out the absolutes preached as gospel.real estate videos logo

Like real estate videos have to be 2.5 minutes or less. Which is a lot like the Chapin song about flowers have to, always are just red Mister Man, Chummy. Just wrong when doing a large Maine farm property with hundreds of acres justice. (Hectares if we are directing the video, blog post, site insertion toward European real estate buyers.) Pick your colors, draw the way passion drives you to to reflect, present, explain the property listing. So the other end of the smoke signal gets it. The connection, the engagement is going both ways.

Don't leave out vital ingredients describing, recreating the scene of the time you spend at the property listing. Do whatever it takes to deliver the goods to that far away online connection with the real estate buyer. Don't think just local. Or take them serious only if and when they darken your office door. Show their face, share their contact information. Let them stay voyeurs, lurking in the shadows. It's all good, cool. Your marketing will eventually draw them in, get them to raise their hand and speak up. Begin to ask real estate questions. Looking for, needing answers from you.

As the agent, broker, REALTOR your cub reporter assignment is always tell me, show me, what's up with this place?

With a love all, serve all like the Hard Rock slogan over the door seen when eyes up wandering in. An attitude of we are here to help you, this is gonna be good, worthwhile. You won't leave hungry.

Read all about it... extra, extra. Special edition like it's some holiday. Your lucky day new and different about to happen. To shake it up, prepare the other end of the marketing signal with hang on, strap in excitement. Because this rocket ride experience is going to shake you up. In a very good way. That what's up ahead, about to begin won't waste your time. Is not going to be typical, ordinary or lacking in any way. Give you just what you deserve, need, want, should expect.

Love and think often, am inspired about the scene from the movie. In the first Johnny Cash making a record with Sam Phillips audition at Sun Records. Challenging the boys to play that all important song. As if there was only one and you bet all the chips, the entire farm on the take your best shot, give it all you got. What would you do? Is that how you would do it when the stakes are the highest and it's do or die. Sink or swim. Life and death important to take it higher. Step it up a notch.

Each and every real estate property listing marketing promotion is just as important. Bring it home. Make it memorable. Real, what you felt from listing the property and are some kind of excited to share it all with the buyer.

So they believe in it too. With the same excitement you bring to the real estate listing that needs to be exposed, remembered, sold. Don't make it just another property listing, make it THE real estate offering like no other. New to the market to hey hey hey, would you lookey here. What do we have here for the show and tell boys and girls? Every single time you set up the marketing easel to begin another new real estate property listing online presentation.

Gabe ... Market share is a funny thing. Not wanting, being happy with a slice of the pie, wanting, going after the whole plate of whatever is under the crust, between the sheets of rolled out home made "dough". How big a piece do you want? What is holding you back? It's like you are the fastest runner in the race but think you are not allowed to win. Like the movie, believe in yourself.. where it all starts, ends up. But being small, humble, grateful. Happy!

Laura ... The sport, addiction of real estate is not parked. Simmers, idles and you fit in the important family (full time single Dad four kids), local community involvement but real estate marketing... how to do it better, to stand out. It is what I am happiy doing after skiing, hiking, exploring Maine with the family that is now grown, out of the nest.

Elizabeth ... We love where we live, are excited about the chance to market properties when we are handed the keys. It is more about the area, the listings than the agent on this end. That's Maine. Work hard, be grateful, never snarky or ego dripping look at me. Just do your job and provide the best service possible.

John ... Loved that movie and the approach of if this was your last song, would you do it the same old way like you do every time or over the top. Brought up on a farm, that your work reflects on your character, to make it count, take it serious. We show and tell... how we do it means so many options every time you start a new listing. Don't make it all the same approach...

LL ... You Too!

Good morning Andrew. Love the truck and all the messages. When I was in the RE business we used to have bus, once a school bus that we painted with all the signage that we wanted the public to see. Besides using it for our house tours, we used to donated it to groups that needed it, along with a driver. Well done!

Promotion, being in the public eye and fire in your belly passion. Not the blaze because of spicy food. I knew you were more than just a banker... cross trained in the real estate trenches. Helps to have one of us with the combination to the safe, on the other side of the bank desk that understands, gets it.
