This course is for those licensees who failed to renew their license, which has become involuntary inactive.
After two years, the license will become void. You must complete the reactivation education before the end of the second year.
You may reactivate an involuntary inactive license:
· within the first 12 months after expiration by completing the 14-hour continuing education course (see previous page), applying for renewal, and paying the late fee.
· after 12 months but less than 24 months, by completing this course, applying for renewal, and paying the late fee.
This course takes 28 hours to complete and includes reading materials as well as practice quizzes and exams. You must pass a timed final examination and have a score of at least 75 percent to pass.
