It does not cost any additional money to have “true” buyer representation! If you are a first time home buyer or going to be relocating and will be buying a property in Lincoln RI, or surrounding RI neighborhoods or southern Massachusetts, I would highly recommend you seek out a real estate company that has your best interest in mind.

They will guide you through the complex home buying process and negotiate in your best interest! These exclusive buyer agents are trained in negotiating for the buyer! They will negotiate for you the buyer in getting the lowest price and best terms possible. They are consultants rather than sales people, since they don’t have to sell you on any company listings.
They can advise and provide you impartial research, so you can make an educated decision. Exclusive buyer agents excel in locating, researching and evaluating properties! They can locate Great Buys that’s not on the market or run campaigns to find you that specific property that’s not on the market. They can show you properties that are listed with real estate companies as well as for sale by owners, foreclosed, banked owned, reo or short sale properties. They can evaluate and research the property you want to make an offer on, by researching the property at the city/town hall, provide you with properties that have recently sold and disclose to you any information that they find out about the property to help you in your negotiations and help you with your decision on buying that property.
