Through all the snow, ice and frigid temperatures we have had here in CT in the last few months, the Trumbull CT real estate market report for February 2014 showed improved since January and better results as compared to February 2013.
Home sales in Trumbull CT for February 2014 showed a 13% INCREASE in sales as compared to the same period last year. Listing and sales averages INCREASED 10% and 11% respectively. The median followed with a 13% INCREASE.
Days on the market went DOWN 6%. The market absorption rate came in at 5.78 months supply of homes, creeping back slightly statistically into seller's market territory for the month. Inventory went up 13%.
