On March 13, 2014, Realtytrac.com reported that nationwide all distressed properties decreased 10% in February 2014 from January 2014, and 27% from February 2013. However, Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, Florida metro area had the highest foreclosure filing with 4,250 one in 318 properties in February 2014, an increase of 22.41% from January 2014, but a decrease of 20.05% from February 2013.
