Now the Market is changing for the new season: Dix Hills New York average sold price is:

Dec 2013: $629,000 Jan 2014: $635,000 Feb 2014: $635,00

Sold price remains the same in January and February $635,000 that could also be due to the long winter we are having.

Many buyers are waiting for the season to change but the interest rates may change too so you shouldn't sit on the fence and

wait. The prices are going up how much each month we are not sure.

In comparison to prior year : Dec 2013: $590,000 -6.6% change . Jan 2014:$590,000 -7.6% change

Feb 2014- change 9.5%. So from the Data you could see that in comparison to last year data in February the Average price for home sold in Dix Hills change to 9.5%. That's a big jump in prices.
