Buyers looking for Singer Island have great options in this market.  With a number of new condo developments built in the past few years and several more underway there is no shortage of great properties to choose from.

There are currently 443 Condos for sale on Singer Island as reported by the Florida Regional MLS.  This includes 6 properties in Riviera Beach's new Marina Grande that agents are promoting in the wrong City to try and increase their exposure.  In my opinion this practice is very dissapointing and should be addressed!

Anyway, what is selling on Singer Island?

There have been 38 Singer Island Condos (including Palm Beach Shores) sold in the past 6 months (since 10/1/2008).  The highest priced unit was listed for $2,600,000 and sold for $2,300,000 after 767 days on the market.  The least expensive unit sold was listed at $232,000 and sold for $228,000 in 1 day!  The average price for Singer Island Condos sold was $697,745. The average discount from List Price to Purchase price was 13%

David....I lived and worked on Singer Island about 30 years ago, apparently the prices have gone up a bit...we went there for the ebb tide fisshing..I will have to look it up on Google Earth
