The World of Google
Here's a great video of not just the history of Google and where it all started, but about the Google app called Hummingbird. Sometimes all the computer geeks focus on the specifics for SEO, but forget to tell us "non-techies" about a newer version of Suri.
Hummingbird has a couple of great features that they speak about in this video; doing a comparison of different items and a more in-depth research capability.
One of the other great features on Hummingbird is the reminder feature. If you set it up on Hummingbird for a reminder of the items on your grocery list, it will automatically know when you are at the store and send you those items from the list. Just like magic!
Google has certainly changed our lives. I remember the first time I saw a computer on a desk in a home that I was showing. I told the buyer that it was used to store recipes. Hard to believe Google is just now 15 years old. How many times a day do we "google" something? The next generation of kids will probably not have to worry about asking Mom or Dad, "What's this?" They'll be using google as soon as they can figure out how to operate their fingers!
