Prescott Valley, located between the Bradshaw and Mingus mountains, is one of Northern Arizona's fastest growing communities. Despite the Town's growth, Town leaders say Prescott Valley will never lose its small town, friendly approach to people and business.

Prescott Valley offers many recreational opportunities, including Massick Family "Castle on the Creek," Fitzmaurice Indian Ruins, 10 public parks, a community recreation center featuring a public swimming pool with a 100-ft. slide, Olympic-style soccer & softball fields & facilities for basketball, tennis & picnics, a 16-lane bowling alley, & 4 nearby golf courses. Mountain Valley Park's amphitheater has concerts & entertainment during the summer. Fain Park & Prescott National Forest offer hiking, biking, backpacking, fishing & camping. Nearby Fain Lake, Lynx Lake & Goldwater Lake are stocked with fish, & canoe or rowboat rental is available. Prescott Valley's new convention & events center, Tim's Toyota Center, opened in Nov. 06 and is home to the Central Hockey League's Arizona Sundogs.

LYNX LAKE ESTATES:Located to the east of Castle Canyo Mesa Subdivision conveniently located close to shopping, schools and commerce. A nice neighborhood with upscale homes on large lots offered. A brand new beautiful Super Wal-Mart has just recently opened in this area making it conveniently located near shopping such as Fry’s, Kohl’s and others.

MINGUS MEADOWS: A new, 630 acre, somewhat rural community with reasonable CC&R’s, planned homeowners’ association, paved roads, underground utilities. Particulars: lots starting at 2 acres, stick-built homes exclusively, starting at 1800 sq. ft., that offer great views. Horses are allowed.

MINGUS WEST: Is a planned community with homeowners association and CC&Rs. Average lot sizes are 1/2 acre with all Prescott Valley Town services, paved streets.

The Mingus subdivision is located off Highway 89A, east of Robert Rd.
