You sell a house and the seller moves out but leaves a bunch of junk in the garage and in the side yard.1. Call someone to haul it out and pay for it yourself2. Tell the buyer it's tough luck. They need to remove the stuff3. Tell the seller they need to remove the stuff or they will get a small claims suit from the buyer4. See if the buyer wants any of the stuff. Lori, I would contact the seller to make sure they didn't leave anything by accident. If it is mostly junk, I would ask the new buyer if they wanted anything, and if not, I would remove - probably just take to the junkyard.
