Last weekend I met buyer clients at an open house in Media.
I arrived 10 minutes early for a 1pm open house. At that time there were already 5 cars lined up in front of the house and by 1 o'clock they were wrapped around the corner! The funny thing was that many of these buyers were going through with their agents as we were. We were literally tripping over each other inside.
As we left this popular listing, the empty parking spots were quickly filled with new cars. The agent easily had 40 visitors in two hours. The house was under contract by Monday morning.
And this same story has been repeating itself all over Delaware and Chester county for weeks!
Is it spring? I think it is!!
