February 2014 – Market Report for 4 Bedroom Homes

There were 10 single family homes listed for sale. The home prices ranged from $115,000 to $425,000.  Only 1 home went under contract and 7 homes were sold. The home prices ranged from $50,000 to $255,875. The average sold price was $138,596, and the average days on market were 47. 

Compared to February 2013 the average sold price decreased 9.21% from $152,664 to $138,596. Also the number of homes sold decreased from 13 in 2013 to 7 in 2014

February 2014 – Market Report for 3 Bedroom Homes

There were 146 single family homes listed for sale. The home prices ranged from $45,000 to $500,000.  56 homes went under contract with prices ranging from $59,000 to $289,900 and 82 homes were sold. The sold prices ranged from $37,000 to $340,000.The average sold price was $131,105, and the average days on market was 76.

Compared to February 2013 the average sold price increased 3.23% from $126,994 to $131,105.  Also, the number of homes sold decreased from 93 in 2013 to 82 in 2014

There were 12 single family homes listed for sale. The home prices ranged from $57,500 to $329,900.  5 homes went under contract, with prices ranging from $57,500 to $265,000 and 8 homes were sold. The sold prices ranged from $28,000 to $134,000. The average sold price was $74,863, and the average days on market were 74.

Compared to February 2013 the average sold price increased 4.96% from $71,322 to $74,863. Also, the number of homes sold decreased from 18 in 2013 to 8 in 2014
