Treating your buyers showings like having a short visit from a family member or friend will help you prepare your home for the appointment when selling your home in New Port Richey Florida. This idea was given to me by one of my customers who consistently received feedback that said the house was clean, well maintained and inviting. I asked Mrs. Seller if she cleaned every time there was an appointment and this was her response.

Another way this home showed well was that the sellers would leave the home for every showing and leave lights on and always had light music playing through the stereo. We also printed post card sized info cards about the house. It had 2 photos (one of the front and one of the pool) the address, mls# and all the features and upgrades. We placed the post cards in a big wooden bowl on the foyer table for the buyers to take as they left so they could remember or share the house with others.
Your goal for your buyer appointments is to make your home feel warm and inviting. You want you potential buyers to feel comfortable in your home. A buyer who feels comfortable in your home is more likely to buy your house because it "feels like home". Buyers will feel at home when you treat them as if they are your house guests.
