I just wanted to be the first to say that only we can take care of one another and our fellow vets. No one understands what military life is like who hasn't served, be it as a single vet or married. My goal is develop the most robust referral network to help each other. Granted those in military towns such as San Diego, Seattle, Washington D.C. etc will do far better due to sheer numbers, but the goal here is to take care of each other and our own. I have partnered up with mortgage lenders to lower my commission and they in turn will match the amount saved to the veteran and apply that toward the VA funding fee or during COE as a credit. If you have any questions about marketing strategy and what I did with Semper Find My Home call me or email me anytime. Let's serve those who served.

Thanks Alex! I look forward to reading more about your marketing strategies, and hearing from other agents who serve our Veteran clients.

Looking forward to participating in the group. We did have a military relocation group a few years ago with a great roster. As with many things as everyone got busy the group didn't stick to it's main focus but the roster has been helpful to me when I'm looking for a military savvy agent around the US.

Hey Cindy! It will be interesting to watch this group evolve, and hope there is a lot of activity. And feel free to jump right in there if we stray from the path.
Seriously, it will be great to see your posts and perspective on serving this segment of the real estate market.
