Beware of the AWE factor.

WE have all seen it.

A first time home buyer walks into the first house and goes WOW!  I love it.

"Great...would you like to see the rest of the house?"

Allowed to go unchecked will give you heartburn in 6 months or a year if the house isn't up to par and the buyers don't see it.

WE need to reel this type of buyer in and bring them down to earth.

Once this is down, we can startserious talk about buying a home.

Buying a home is not all roses!

I love that 'WOW' from a buyer, too. It usually means the home search is over. Now lets start the paperwork part of the home buying process.

And yet - every seller needs to work hard trying to create that wow.

Getting buyers to even start with "Wow" is great, but you are right, sometimes that needs to be converted to real work and contracts for escrow!
