#20 What would you do?

Real Estate Broker/Owner 01293735 CA

You have a client who wants to buy a $1,000,000 house. You show her 3 houses she likes and one you have an appointment for is not available to show until the next day when you have another appointment already set. After tomorrow, the client is not available to view homes for 2 weeks
What would you do?

1. Let her view the home without you

2. Send one of your agents with her

3. Wait 2 weeks

4. Have her sign a buyer representation agreement and take it with her when she views that home or others too.

Good afternoon Lori,

I wish I was in that kind of quandary!

Probably buyer's representation and send her with one of your agents as it may be the one they purchase.

Make yourself a great day.

If I could not modify the other other appointment then sending one of my agents would be my second choice! Nice problem!

Change the other appointment and schedule the showing (sending an agent from the office to that one).  Also obtain buyer agency representation.  Good luck!

Like the others above, involve an agent that you know to cover one of the appointments and use a buyer-broker/agency agreement.
