Have You Ever Been Faced With Unique or Awkward Rooms to Photograph?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with THE TEMPLE TEAM

As a Realtor, part of our job as a Listing Agent is to capture the BEST POSSIBLE PICTURES in order to market the home.

Well, sometimes that can be a real challenge and you are then faced with the decision to take (and use) the picture or not.

Sometimes people refuse to leave the room when you're trying to take pictures, or possible they have a strange "collection" or have a very strange or unique way of decorating or even a once beautiful pool that now has turned into a green pond!

Here are just a few examples of what "NOT" to do when deciding on photographs to best represent your new listing.

Are you LOOKING for an EXPERIENCED AND REPUTABLE REAL ESTATE AGENT to get your home sold? Look no further! The Temple Team is the only call you need to make!  Contact us anytime at 704-235-3000 or visit our website at www.TheTempleTeam.com

Kent, you had some very interesting photos in this post -- were they your listings? Have you ever encountered a seller wanting to know why you did not use photos of certain areas?
